My family and I had to make a quick move due to an opportunity at work. My first connection with Nick was on a weekend. We called and Nick agreed to show us some pictures of homes in the area that might meet our interest. Right from the start Nick was very involved. We never even thought of going anywhere else to look for a home. Week in and week out we pestered Nick to show us around town looking for the perfect home. On the week that we finally found our home, Nick was obviously in a hurry but agreed to show us a home that had just came back on the market. We had a hard time getting our home sold with another real estate company. We contacted several real estate companies and requested interviews. The 10 acre farm in Newberry was an estate sale. There was virtually no activity while the farm was listed with the 1st real estate company. Nick was highly recommended by another agent. He provided an honest and realistic evaluation of the house and farm. He coordinated the necessary repairs for me as I do not live in Gainesville. Everything was done promptly and reasonably. We finally received an offer and Nick patiently negotiated the sale price. He was extremely reliable and professional in every way. Nick kept me informed of the status of all inspections being made on the farm due to the type of loan. The closing was postponed several times do to an unforeseen easement matter.
